Juyo connector for Claude
The Juyo connector lets Claude read your organization’s Juyo data warehouse as you: the same login, the same
organizations, the same hotels and the same row-level permissions you have in Juyo. It is read-only.
Who can use it
Anyone with a Juyo account (the login you use at app.juyo.ai) whose organization has database access enabled. If you are a Juyo customer and the
connector tells you that no database access is configured, ask your Juyo contact to enable it.
Add it to Claude
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Discover, search for Juyo
(listed in the Claude connectors directory since October 2026) and open it. Claude Team and Enterprise admins can also
add it once for the whole organization under Organization settings → Connectors.
- Press Connect and sign in at the Juyo login page with the account you use at app.juyo.ai.
- Start a chat and ask a question about your hotels. Claude reads the analysis guide first, then discovers the
tables it needs.
Claude Code is not supported, because it signs in through a local callback that the Juyo login does
not accept.
What Claude can do
| Tool | What it does |
| Who am I | Your email and the organizations and database roles you may use. |
| List organizations | Organizations (client accounts) you may query, by code and name. |
| List users of an organization | Users of one organization with their role, status and the hotels and assets each may access. |
| List hotels | Hotels visible to you, with currency. |
| List data sources of a hotel | Tables available for one hotel: reservations, pickup, POS, finance, market data, and more. |
| Describe table | Columns, types and comments: the data dictionary. |
| Run read-only SQL | One select, with or explain statement; 30-second limit, at most 5 000 rows. |
| Sample rows | The first rows of a table. |
Example prompts
- “Which of my hotels had the strongest pickup for next month over the last 7 days?”
- “Compare rooms revenue for October 2026 with October 2025 for hotel XYZ, as of today.”
- “Explain the reservation table of hotel XYZ and what the perspective date means.”
- “Who in my organization can access hotel XYZ, and with which assets?”
Limits
- Read-only. Statements that would change data are refused before they reach the database, and the database
session itself is read-only.
- One statement at a time, 30 seconds, at most 5 000 rows per answer (Claude is told when a result was cut).
- Reservation tables are daily snapshots: results depend on the perspective date, which Claude must state.
- Users with several organizations name the organization in the question, for example “for Organization Name”.
Data and privacy
- You sign in with your Juyo account; the connector receives a token and uses it to look up your own Juyo
permissions. It never asks for or stores your password.
- Every query runs under your Juyo database role, so Claude sees exactly what you may see in Juyo.
- The connector keeps an access log of who ran which tool and when, with row counts and durations. It does not
store query results or your conversation.
- For IT administrators: the connector endpoint is
https://a2.kassandra.juyo.site/mcp (Streamable HTTP,
OAuth 2.0 via the Juyo login); outbound traffic goes only from Claude to that host.
- The connector runs on Juyo infrastructure in the EU. What Claude itself retains is governed by Anthropic’s
terms for your Claude plan.
- Juyo’s privacy policy and
terms of service apply.
